Skin professional experts says that if you want your skin shinning, younger, beautiful and even impressive than you must have to protect your skin from SUN, avoid smoking, applying more vanishing creams and don’t eat healthy diet or medicine for your skin. Because this will ruin your skin after a time and you will be addict of it.
According to British Association of Dermatologists 
“Mostly people believing on healthy diet, facial, vanishing creams for skin care. They think that these BUSINESS products will take care of their skin beauty. These products do their work those make your skin more shinning more beautiful but when you don’t apply this after a few days your skin become more rough that of it was before.”
This is totally wrong habit these products just affect the skin. You should use some natural methods for your beauty. You should protect your skin from heavy sun light avoid healthy diet, avoid smoking, drink plenty of water etc.

Now I am going to give some tips that can help your skin protection.

Tip 1: Wash your skin regularly and apply moisturizer


An astonishing report published by a British Skin Foundation says that over 50% of people in UK don’t remove their make up before going to bed. This habit is extremely harmful for skin.
Cleansing plays an important role in skin care because it removes bacteria, gems, dust etc.
  •  When washing your face then use warm water instead of hot water because hot water produces moisture on face.
  • Before going to sleep try to take bath for ten to fifteen minutes.
  • When removing your make up must take care of delicate skin like the skin around ayes.
  • When removing water proof makeup then remove make up using oil based products.
  • After washing your skin that pat with a good type of towel.

Tip 2: Sun protection

Sun is one of the biggest element which can affect the skin. The various organization reported that 7 of 10 skin problem are based the sun affects and this is the big ratio.  Most of the skin changes with age are actually caused by sun light.
Here are some tips for your skin                                                                           
  • Avoid going outside during heavy intensity of sun.
  • Wear that kind of dresses that cover the whole body.
  • Use a responsible sun protection cream on your face and on naked areas.

Tip 3: Avoid smoking

The upper inner arms of smokers and non-smokers aged from 22 to 91 and found that after taking into account age and other variables, the number of packs of cigarettes that the smokers smoked per day was significantly linked to skin ageing. They looked at the skin on the upper inner arms to minimize the influence of sun exposure.

Smoking tobacco cause serious diseases like cancer. Smoking affects skin very hardly. Effects of smoking doesn't need any introduction.
The nicotine   or tobacco pulls germs in our body that produce pimples and that kind of germs affects your liver kidneys.  

Tip 4: Get good sleep


Enough quality of sleep makes your skin younger because you left tired. Sleep reduces your tensions worries etc. if you don’t sleep enough then it will make your skin more old more rough and more dry, because necessary hormones will not be provided by the fit brain. Your brain works better during your sleep.

Before going to bed it is better to perform some relaxing steps of yoga. Yoga will remove y
our tension and give you plenty of relaxation.
Try these tips too
  • Try to be regular at bedtime.
  • Take a warm bath to relax you.
  • Learn how to put aside the "worry list" that is in your head: write it, keep a pencil and pad of paper at your bed.
  • Enjoy a relaxation tape: Avoid watching TV late at night or in bed as this can stimulate instead of giving relaxation.
  • Don’t take a heavy meal at late night. Try to eat your last before 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.
  • Drink large number of glasses of water during the day rather than at sleep time.
  • Keep your bedroom cool, dark and quiet. It should be look like a heaven of peace and not a mill of noise and stimulation.
  • Keep an eye mask and ear plugs handy.
  • Avoid stimulants like caffeine and nicotine in the evenings: drink light tea rather than cola to induce sleep at bedtime (but avoid to drink more tea. This contains nicotine also).

Tip 5: Shave with care

People do shave for their skin smooth, beautiful and hairless, but this can irritate the skin if you don’t shave with care, especially when, than your skin is thin, dry and sensitive.

For a smooth shave the Mayo Clinic experts advise that you should shave after a warm shower (otherwise pat a warm wet cloth on your skin) to make the hairs soft, don't shave with  dry skin, always use a clean, sharp razor and shave in the direction of hairs.

If your skin is irritated after shaving don't use an alcohol based lotion even if it feels cool, it will make the irritation worse because it dries the skin out.
